The pool club will feature a resort-style lagoon, a concept that has been in the works for years, according to the Summers Corner website. In addition to the lagoon, the location will boast three restaurants, an adults-only tiki bar, and a splash pad for kids.
While Lennar Homes has yet to release details regarding the opening date, the community is buzzing with anticipation. However, no official membership plan has been released yet. It has been confirmed that residents of Summers Corner will be automatically enrolled.
